Company Policies

CHASE INFINITY NYC CORP is committed to clear customer standards, transparent documentation, and professional installation practices. These policies apply to all residential water purification system sales and installations.

Important: If you signed a written agreement for your purchase, the terms of that agreement govern. This page is provided for clarity and does not replace or modify your signed documents.

1) Cancellation Policy (3 Business Days)

You may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third (3rd) business day after the date of the transaction, where applicable.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing (signed and dated).
Your notice must be sent/delivered before midnight of the 3rd business day.

We recommend keeping proof of delivery (photo/scan, postal receipt, or written confirmation).

2) What Happens After Cancellation

If your cancellation is received within the allowable cancellation period:

Any payment made by you will be returned within 10 business days after we receive your cancellation notice.
Any security interest arising from the transaction will be canceled.

If goods have been delivered/installed, you must make them available at your residence in substantially the same condition as received, or follow return instructions provided by the seller.

If the seller does not retrieve the goods within 20 days after the date of your cancellation notice, you may retain or dispose of the goods without further obligation.

3) Returns & Refunds

Due to the professional installation nature of residential water purification systems, returns and refunds are limited to the cancellation period described above, where applicable.

Outside of the cancellation period, the system is considered accepted and the agreement remains in effect.

Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on bank processing times.

4) Payment Agreements & Assignment

If your purchase involves a written payment agreement, it may be assigned to an authorized third party (an “assignee”) that services the account according to the terms of the signed agreement.

Any valid cancellation submitted within the allowable period will be handled in coordination with the agreement terms.

5) 15-Year Limited Warranty (Systems)

Our residential water purification systems are designed for long-term performance and durability. CHASE INFINITY NYC CORP provides a 15-Year Limited Warranty on structural components under normal residential use, subject to proper maintenance.

The applicable warranty is defined by the written warranty documentation provided at the time of purchase/installation. This policy does not create additional warranties beyond what is provided in writing.

Warranty generally does not cover:

Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
Damage caused by external plumbing changes not performed/authorized by us
Consumables (filters/cartridges), unless explicitly stated in the written warranty
Damage caused by accidents, fire, flooding, or improper site conditions

6) Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We collect and use information only as needed to:

Process orders, schedule installations, and provide customer support
Verify information for service delivery and fraud prevention
Comply with legal requirements

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary for: payment processing, installation/service coordination, legal compliance, or account servicing under a signed agreement.
