Clarification (no contradictions): The 3 calendar-day return window is a company return policy for unopened, uninstalled, unused items after delivery, subject to inspection and approval. The 3-business-day right to cancel is a legal cancellation right that applies only to certain qualifying in-home sales under New York law, when applicable, and as reflected in the signed agreement.

1 Returns (Unopened / Uninstalled / Unused)

Products that remain unopened, uninstalled, and unused may be eligible for return within three (3) calendar days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging and original condition.

Note: Returns are subject to inspection and approval. Shipping/handling and service charges (if any) are not refundable unless required by law.

2 Scope of This Policy

This page explains the company’s return process for eligible product returns and the legal right to cancel (when applicable). Warranty service is handled separately under our Warranty documentation.

Important: If you signed a written agreement, the terms of that agreement control. This policy does not create rights beyond applicable law and signed documents.

3 Right to Cancel (New York)

Customers may have a three (3) business-day right to cancel certain qualifying in-home sales, as applicable under New York law. Eligibility depends on the type of transaction and where/how the sale occurred.

How to cancel (when applicable): Cancellation should be submitted in writing (signed and dated) and delivered/sent before midnight of the 3rd business day to the Seller’s Business Address shown on your signed agreement.
Important: This policy does not create rights beyond those provided by law and any signed agreement. This legal cancellation right is separate from the company’s 3 calendar-day return policy for unopened/unused eligible items.

4 Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Note: Refunds related to a valid legal cancellation (when applicable) are handled in accordance with the signed agreement and applicable law.
