WARRANTY & LIMITATIONS

Warranty & Limitations

Warranty Program Active Since: December 31, 2019

Service Hours: Monday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (EST)

15-Year Limited Structural Warranty

Chase Infinity NYC Corp provides a fifteen (15) year limited structural warranty for qualifying water purification systems, beginning from the original installation date.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship affecting the structural integrity of major non-consumable components under normal residential use.

Structural components may include:

System housings
Frames, manifolds, tanks
Internal non-consumable assemblies (as specified on invoice/installation agreement)

What Is Not Covered

Filters, cartridges, membranes, UV lamps, and maintenance/consumable items
Normal wear and tear
Improper use, misuse, or neglect
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Damage from installation not performed or approved by Chase Infinity NYC Corp
Failure to perform recommended maintenance
Damage from abnormal water pressure, freezing, fire, flooding, or external causes
Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chase Infinity NYC Corp’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the covered structural component at the company’s discretion. The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
